To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
Items purchased on sale or clearance
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Innerwear or hygiene-related clothing for safety reasons

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping address and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
